Harriet E. Raghnal
Ms. Raghnal is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and is admitted to practice law in states of New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Broadcast Communications from Long Island University/C.W. Post college. Ms. Raghnal is a Brooklyn, New York native, whose parents are immigrants from Jamaica, West Indies and Honduras. She is the former First Vice President of the Jamaican American Bar Association, North East, a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Part and the Essex County Bar Association.

Ms. Raghnal is a Supreme Court Certified Matrimonial Attorney and a member of The Barry Croland Family Law American Inns of Court. She serves as a volunteer for the Essex County Early Settlement Panel. Over the last 16 years, she has focused on building a law practice that supports the needs of children and families. Ms. Raghnal represents individuals dealing with divorce, child custody, child support and spousal support.

Ms. Raghnal is actively committed to community service and facilitates that through the organizations which she is a member. She served as the President of the Beta Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., for two terms. She was was also the Executive Director of the Pink Pearls Foundation of New Jersey, a non-profit that is dedicated to serving the Essex and Union counties of New Jersey. She is a member of the Links Incorporated and an associate member of the Essex Hudson Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc., she regularly supports and volunteers with NJ Seeds as well as other non-profit organizations Ms. Raghnal is a member of Christ Church in Montclair, New Jersey.

Ms. Adams is a graduate of St. Augustine's College, Raleigh, NC; B.A. Psychology, and the University of Akron, School of Law; J.D. 1991. She began her career as a Prosecutor in 1993 and went on to open her private practice in 2001 focusing primarily on family law with a concentration on cases involving Domestic Violence.

When she is not practicing law, Lesley: shares meals with her family and reads science fiction novels to relax. She is an avid skier, takes hot yoga classes enjoys spending time at the park with her dog "Jeter" . Ms. Adams is committed to serving her community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority Incorporated and works on philanthropic endeavors through The Links Incorporated, which she is a member.

Tiffany Clarke Burroughs, Esq.

​Tiffany Clarke Burroughs is the founder of Burroughs Family Law LLC in Livingston, New Jersey. Tiffany is a graduate of the 2009 class of Rutgers Law School, where she received awards for her written and oral advocacy as the 2007-2008 Honorable James Hunter III Memorial Advanced Moot Court Competition Finalist for oral argument and Top Ten Brief for writing. Tiffany has been licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey since 2010.
Tiffany has devoted her legal career to the field of family law. For 2020 and 2021, Tiffany was ranked a top 10 under 40 Family Law Attorney by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys. Tiffany is a frequent Early Settlement Panelist in Essex County and has sat on the Blue Ribbon Panel in Essex County. In addition to representing litigants in their family law disputes, Tiffany has also been appointed by the court as a Guardian Ad Litem, as Counsel for Children, and as a Parenting Coordinator. Presently, Tiffany devotes her practice to representing litigants within the FM, FD, and FV family part dockets.
